Julia Superiore Grappa
This is an unaged grappa made using a collection of different grapes from northeastern Italy. After the stalks and stems are removed, these solid grape leftovers, known as pomace, are distilled twice in copper stills to result in a crystal-clear grappa. The use of a blend of different varieties of grape gives this grappa a more rounded flavour.
The delicate aroma of this mature grappa will rise to greet you upon opening the bottle. When it is well-chilled, Julia Grappa Superiore makes the perfect aperitif to prepare the stomach for the meal that awaits it.
